As part of efforts to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, represented by the General Administration of Non-Profit Sector Organizations, and RATL Technology Ltd., the owner of the MUHIDE platform, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Riyadh.
This cooperation stems from the principle of cooperation between the public and private sectors and reflects the MUHIDE platform’s endeavor to contribute as a key supporter in serving the community and achieving the noble goals adopted by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
The MoU aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes the importance of growing and empowering non-profit organizations. Under this MoU, the MUHIDE platform will serve as a strategic partner in developing the operations and performance of the non-profit associations and foundations supervised by the Ministry.
The areas of joint work focus on providing digital solutions to enhance the efficiency of the non-profit sector, including:
- Empowering non-profit associations and foundations to govern the disbursement of funds to final beneficiaries.
- Ensuring the ability of non-profit organizations to verify that funds have been utilized for their designated purposes.
- Supporting the digital transformation of non-profit organizations and all relevant parties by automating and documenting commercial documents on a neutral, unified digital platform.
RATL emphasizes that this MoU represents a long-term commitment to contributing to social responsibility and supporting the growth of the non-profit sector. RATL will dedicate its full efforts to ensure that its digital tools serve as the primary support for empowering these organizations to govern fund disbursement and achieve the desired digital transformation.
